How to submit your Order Inquiry?

  2. You can also add custom designed products to your shopping cart– simply upload images and provide details to help us create your desired custom products.
  3. Once your shopping cart is ready send us your order inquiry by simply providing your email address.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with corresponding inquiry number. Our sales representative will contact you within 48hrs to discuss and help finalize your order.

What happens once we receive your Order Inquiry?

Step 1
You have successfully placed your order inquiry and have received a confirmation email with corresponding inquiry number! If you have any queries or need any changes, you can contact us with the inquiry number and our sales representatives will be able to help you.

Step 2
Now it's our turn! We will locate your merchandise, prepare any custom designs you requested and our sales representatives will contact you with details on availability of all items required, timelines for order delivery, and your updated order total with all applicable sales taxes and required shipping and handling charges.

Step 3
Once you have finalized your order details, our sales representative will send you a confirmation email with order number and options to make payment for the same.

Step 4
On receipt of payment against your order we will begin processing all required items for shipment as per agreed timelines. We will send you a shipping confirmation email so you can track your shipments. We may send your order in multiple boxes but will keep you well informed regarding the same. We know you are looking forward to your order delivery and our sales representatives are there to help you with any queries regarding the same.

How can I change my inquiry once it is submitted?

You can always contact us with your order inquiry number and our sales representative will be happy to help with your queries. The updated inquiry will be mailed to you for your records as well. Please make a note of your inquiry number as you will be able to check status of your inquiry.
